Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 13, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 345 Greens Farms Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8855-11 by Richard Altman on behalf of Peter Constantino to construct a dormer on the rear of the house with interior renovations.
2. 2 Lyndale Park: Application #AA,WPL/E-8856-11 by Vadim & Elvira Kovshov to reconstruct the existing swimming pool within the footprint.
3. 10 Blue Ribbon Drive: Application #AA,WPL/E-8857-11 by Megan Robertson on behalf of Pat Fox to construct a 20’ by 40’ pool with patio, retaining wall, fence and mechanicals.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
