LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 4, 2017, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:


1. APPROVED:  29 Spriteview Avenue, Appl. #17-021 by Karin Williams for property owned by Eric and Denise Bialek for a CAM Site Plan approval for an addition to an existing dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01050000.
2. ADOPTED AS MODIFIED:  Amendment #734, Appl. #17-025 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §31-14 (Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Producers) to extend the existing Moratorium for a period of two (2) months, until July 25, 2017.  Effective date:  May 25, 2017
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
