The Public Hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the items below will be further continued on June 1, 2017, at 7:00 P.M.

1. 260 Compo Road South: Appl. #17-020 by Pearl at Longshore, (Antonio Ninavaggi & Marc Backon) for property owned by the Town of Westport located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #C04001000, for Special Permit and Site Plan approval to modify Special Permit #85-63-1 to allow conversion of the outdoor service bar to a patron bar and to permit food service on the outdoor patio.
