LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 20, 2017, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:


1. ADOPTED:  Amendment #732, Appl. #17-018 by David Mann, DMC Westport, LLC for property owned by DMC Westport, LLC for an amendment to the Official Building Zoning Map to rezone property located at 793 Post Road East, PID #E09193000 from Residence A/GBD zone to Residence A/GBD-IHZ (Residence A, General Business District, Inclusionary Housing Zone). The area of the proposed Inclusionary Housing Zone Overlay is described in a Boundary Description on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office. In addition, a copy of the Proposed Zoning Map showing the Inclusionary Housing Zone Overlay is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.    Effective date:  May 20, 2017


2. GRANTED:  26 Cavalry Road, Appl. #17-012 by Jim Kousidis, Kousidis Engineering, LLC for property owned by Jennifer Fridland for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for Excavation and Fill, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #C15012000.  


3. GRANTED:  3 Keenes Road, Appl. #17-013 by Paul Coniglio for property owned by Brooke Coniglio for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for Excavation and Fill, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #F09156000.  


4. APPROVED:  82 Compo Mill Cove, Appl. #17-014 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Patrick Lebedis and Jennifer Propsek for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E04077000.  


5. APPROVED:  268 Hillspoint Road, Appl. #17-016 by William and Stephanie Meury, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by William and Stephanie Meury for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #E04011000.  




The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
