AGENDA
This represents the third meeting between Committee members and BartonPartners, our selected consultant, to organize next steps towards creating and implementing a Plan for Saugatuck. Attending on behalf of BartonPartners and their sub-consultants: Seth Shapiro, Mark Evans, and Heather Craig of BartonPartners, as well as Michael Szura and Michael Hunton of Langan Engineering. Discussion will be led by Barton Partners and moderated by Committee Co-Chairs, Craig Schiavone and Mary Young. P&Z Staff members Katherine Daniel and Keisha Fink will facilitate the meeting and take minutes. All interested parties should attend.
1. Summary of Stakeholder Outreach Findings
2. Review Comprehensive List of Existing Reports (Confirming 1.02 Scope)
3. Discussion of format and location for June Workshop/Charrette
4. Clearance for Detailed Survey subtask (within task 1.05) to move forward
5. Members concerns/announcements
