Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 6, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 8 Meadow Brook Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8852-11 by Matthew Deck on behalf of William & Gina Hackett for a 25’ X 30” second floor addition with balcony and new septic tank.
2. 11 Mary Jane Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8853-11 by R.I. Pools on behalf of Gregory & Keela Vonderahe for a new inground swimming pool, patio, retaining walls, fence and mechanicals.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
