AGENDA
The Affordable Housing Subcommittee of the Planning and Zoning Commission will meet to:
1.Discuss the findings of the Town Attorney to follow-up questions.
2.Review the findings from the Planning and Zoning Department Staff, of what other communities are doing to create affordable units.
3.Discuss alternative means of creating affordable housing.
All interested members of the public are invited to attend; interested persons may provide comments after being recognized by one of the subcommittee members.
