A field trip of the Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled on
Thursday, March 16, 2017 to visit the following property:
8:15 a.m. 1141 Post Road East: Appl. #17-003 by 1141 Post Rd E, LLC for property owned by 1141 Post Rd E, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a mixed-use residential/non-residential development.
Members should PARK next door at 1135 Post Road East in the rear of the property adjacent to the residential buildings and/or in the parking garage beneath the residential buildings.
1135 PRE is the former Geiger’s Garden Center property at the corner of Morningside Drive North and Post Road East, owned by the same property owner.
Staff recommends Planning and Zoning Commission members wear proper footwear
to walk on uneven terrain that may be encountered at any site
