AGENDA
The Affordable Housing Subcommittee of the Planning and Zoning Commission will meet to:
1.Review the proposed Mission Statement
2.Discuss the findings of the Town Attorney about the legal requirement associated with formalizing a Fee-in-Lieu of Affordable Housing
3.Discuss alternative means of creating affordable housing.
4.Review the findings from the Planning and Zoning Department Staff, of what other communities are doing to create affordable units.
All interested members of the public are invited to attend; interested persons may provide comments after being recognized by one of the subcommittee members.
