LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
  
1. 41 Tamarac Road:  ZBA Appl. #7530 by Joshua Fass for property owned by Joshua Fass for a variance for coverage for a shed for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D10 056000.


2. 20 Roseville Road:  ZBA Appl. #7531 by Deborah Vertucci, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by Deborah Vertucci to legalize nonconforming coverage, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E09182000.


3. 1 Morningside Drive North:  ZBA Appl. #7527 by Jim Sackett for property owned by NO Real Estate, LLC for a variance for expansion of non conforming buildings, connecting buildings over 2,500 square feet and for FAR over 0.25 and floor area over 2,500 square feet, for property located in a BPD zone, PID #F09124000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
