Westport Center for Senior Activities (CSA) Enhancement Committee
NOTICE & AGENDA – Rescheduled Regular Meeting

the Westport Center for Senior Activities

• Call to Order
• Approval of minutes
• Update on latest Building Sub-Committee progress and status of Construction Mgr. (Steve Smith)
• Update on State Grant possibilities and the next steps
• Friends update and Communications plan
• Approval process by Town bodies
• Other new business
• Adjourn
Next Meeting: in lieu of attending the next regular CSA Enhancement Committee meeting, we wish to get full support from our members at the Thursday, March 02nd Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for 7PM in the auditorium.
Future regular scheduled meeting: To keep members up to date, we rescheduled the next regular meeting of the Enhancement Committee from Thursday, March 16th to Thursday, March 9th at 9AM at the CSA.
CSA Enhancement Committee Mission: Define the accommodations necessary to enhance the current Center for Senior Activities facility in order to meet the evolving needs and anticipated demand.
Note: If Westport schools are closed due to inclement weather, the meeting is automatically cancelled. Meeting will be held if schools have a delay or an early dismissal.
