Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purposes:
1. To approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public hearing of January 25, 2017 and the Water Pollution Control Authority’s public hearing of January 25, 2017.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to use various Town roadways on Sunday, April 30, 2017 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am for the Dragon Dash road event sponsored by Greens Farms Academy, contingent upon compliance with comments from various Town Departments and in accordance with Procedures for Use of Town Property, Facilities and Public Roadways.

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to use Town-owned properties known as Jesup Green (set up on at and Taylor Parking Lot from Tuesday, April 19 through Saturday, April 22, 2017 for the Mini Maker Faire sponsored by Remarkable Steam, contingent upon compliance with comments from various Town Departments and in accordance with Procedures for Use of Town Property, Facilities and Public Roadways.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Chief of Police, to accept a monetary gift to the Town of Westport Police K9 Unit escrow fund, in accordance with the Policy for Gifts to the Town.
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Chief of Police, to approve the agreement between Complus Data Innovations, Inc. (COMPLUS) and the Town of Westport as it relates to the processing of parking tickets and other services using the FastTrack Parking Ticket Management System.
6. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Parks & Recreation Administrative Manager, to approve the residential lease agreement for town-owned property located at 260 Compo Road South-Cabin 1.
7. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to set a public hearing date (“Final Benefit Assessment Hearing Date”) to consider proposed assessments and to determine final assessments to be levied for the construction or acquisition of sewerage system(s) affecting supplemental sanitary sewer connections approved during 2016.
8. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to review and approve the Application of Summit Saugatuck, LLC for Extension of Private Sewer from Davenport Lane to Hiawatha Lane Extension And Allocation of Sewer Capacity, dated November 29, 2016.
