Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 19, 2017, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
Text Amendment #726, Appl. #16-056
1. ADOPTED AS MODIFIED: Amendment #726, Appl. #16-056 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §31-14 (Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Producers) to extend the existing Moratorium for a period of four (4) months until May 25, 2017. Effective date: January 25, 2017
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
