Wednesday, January 11, 2017 to visit the following properties:

35 Beachside Avenue, Planning and Zoning Appl. #16-051, CAM Special Permit and Site Plan for reconstruction and expansion of an existing parking lot and driveways
35 Beachside Avenue, Planning and Zoning Appl. #16-052, Special Permit and Site Plan for creation of an additional athletic field area
35 Beachside Avenue, Planning and Zoning Appl. #16-053, CAM Special Permit and Site Plan for an addition to the existing grounds maintenance garage building
Staff recommends Planning and Zoning Commission members wear proper footwear
to walk on uneven terrain that may be encountered at any site
