LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.29 Spriteview Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7522 by Karin Williams for property owned by Eric and Denise Bialek for a variance for coverage and for height for an addition, to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01050000.
2.20 Oak Street: ZBA Appl. #7523 by Melissa and Ryan Welch for property owned by Melissa and Ryan Welch for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition and for an A/C unit in setbacks, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C12081000.
3.14 Westport Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7520 by Andy Soumelidis/LANDTECH, for property owned by Richard and Debra Becker for a variance for coverage for a new FEMA compliant, single family dwelling with a pool, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03154000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
