LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on November 3, 2016, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:


1. GRANTED:  20 Jesup Road, Appl. #16-046 by Lawrence P. Weisman for property owned by the Town of Westport and Westport Library Association for a CAM Special Permit and Site Plan approval for interior renovations, façade changes, relocation of north side entrance, addition of exterior stairway and pedestrian walkways, to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act for property located in a Res AA zone, PID #C09130000.  
2. GRANTED:  164 Kings Highway North, Appl. #16-030 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by NFM Realty Associates, Inc. for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a change of use from General Office to Healthcare Professional with waiver of one (1) parking space for property located in a RBD zone, PID #C10099000.  
3. DENIED:  Amendment #719, Saugatuck LLC for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to add a new section, 20A, Combined Multi-Family Housing Overlay Zone, (CMHOZ)  


4. GRANTED:  785 Post Road East, Appl. #16-036 by 785 Post Road E, LLC for property owned by 785 Post Road E, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a mixed residential/commercial development with associated parking and landscaping for property located in a GBD/Residence A/IHZ zone, PID #E09191000. 


The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
