LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.41 Tamarac Road: ZBA Appl. #7518 by Joshua Fass for property owned by Joshua and Melissa Fass for legalization of shed and trash enclosure structure in setbacks and over coverage, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D10056000.
2.104 Beachside Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7519 by Nancy A. Lovas for property owned by Marc Lasry for a variance for setbacks for an addition for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #I05001000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
