LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 
the following action was taken:


1. GRANTED:  35 Old Mill Road, ZBA Appl. #7511 by Eric Michaels for property owned by Scott and Jennifer Soodek for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04069000.


2. GRANTED:  29 Richmondville Avenue, ZBA Appl. #7512 by Frederik Wendelboe for property owned by Frederick Wendelboe for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #C12036000.
