LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 16, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 10 Big Pines Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8834-11 by Lucci Electric on behalf of Adam Freeman for a generator.
2. 46 Burr Farms Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8839-11 by R.I. Pools Inc. on behalf of Jodie Mysel to construct a new inground swimming pool, pool cabana foundation, patio, fence & mechanicals.
3. 19 Post Road Road East: Application WPL/E-8840-11 by FWH Architect on behalf of Winwest Library LLC and Olneywood Associates for renovations to entrance of the building including landscaping and garden.
4. 288 Compo Road South: Application #AA,WPL/E-8841-11 by Jodi Ullmann for an 8’ by 44’ porch addition.
5. 73 Beachside Avenue: Application #AA,WPL/E-8842-11 by William Shaffer on behalf of Lauren Wagner for proposed additions, new terrace, slight driveway expansion, minor regarding and drainage improvements.
6. 56 Marion Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8843-11 by Karen Wolfe for a front porch addition and walkway.
7. 103 Hillspoint Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8844-11 by Richard Bennett Associates LLC on behalf of Keith Charette for the construction of an inground swimming pool, spa, patio, covered patio, fence, mechanicals, and changes to the septic system.
8. 234 Bayberry Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8845-11 by Achilles Architects on behalf of Sara Sachs for a 12’ by 24’ one-story accessory building.
9. 7 Blue Coat Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8846-11 by Barrington Homes 7 LLC for a new single-family residence, covered porch, patio, walk-out cellar, new driveway, new sewer connection and drainage.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
