LEGAL NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA
WESTPORT SHELLFISH COMMISSION
NOVEMBER 2, 2016
Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:
1. New Business
a. Pump Station #2 at 595 Riverside Avenue: Application by the Town of Westport to provide new force main line under the Saugatuck River from Pump Station # 2 to the Wastewater Treatment Plant using directional drilling.
b. Metro North Railroad Bridge over Saugatuck Bridge: Application by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation for the installation of a 180’ submarine cable crossing.
c. Update on Fall transplant
d. Discussion of Seed Oyster Permit program and regulations
2. Approval of July 6, 2016 meeting minutes.
3. Treasurer’s Report
