NOTICE AND AGENDA *REVISED NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission/Architectural Review Board Joint Committee (HDC/ARB Joint Committee) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1.To approve the draft minutes of the October 4, 2016 HDC/ARB Joint Committee meeting.
2.To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on Historic Residential Structures Special Permit §32-18 application for the proposed restoration of the original house and proposed new construction at 12 St. John Place.
3.*To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on Planning and Zoning Transmittal 188 Cross Highway, Appl. #16-024 (Special Permit & Site Plan) and Appl. #16-025 (Re-Subdivision). WITHDRAWN
