Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission/Architectural Review Board Joint Committee (HDC/ARB Joint Committee) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1.To approve the draft minutes of the October 4, 2016 HDC/ARB Joint Committee meeting.
2.To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on Historic Residential Structures Special Permit §32-18 application for the proposed restoration of the original house and proposed new construction at 12 St. John Place.
3.To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on Planning and Zoning Transmittal 188 Cross Highway, Appl. #16-024 (Special Permit & Site Plan) and Appl. #16-025 (Re-Subdivision).
