LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 3, 2016, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.

1. 20 Jesup Road:  Appl. #16-046 by Lawrence P. Weisman for property owned by the Town of Westport and Westport Library Association for a CAM Special Permit and Site Plan approval for interior renovations, façade changes, relocation of north side entrance, addition of exterior stairway and pedestrian walkways, to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act for property located in a Res AA zone, PID #C09130000.
2. 23 Edgewater Hillside:  Appl. #16-042 by Robert Gelfand and Jody Gelfand for property owned by Robert Gelfand and Jody Gelfand for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Res A zone, PID #E05082000

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
