LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
  
1. 1141 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7515 by Richard Redniss, AICP for property owned by 1141 Post Rd E. LLC for a variance for setbacks in the GBD zone and for grading within five (5) feet of the property line and slopes exceeding 20% for a mixed residential/commercial development for property located in a GBD/RES A/IHZ zone, PID #G09028000.


2. 1135 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7516 by 1135 Post Rd E. LLC, c/o Richard Redniss, Redniss & Mead, Inc. for a variance for grading within five (5) feet of property line to facilitate revised grading along the property line adjacent to 1141 Post Road East for a pedestrian connection between the two sites, for property located in a BPD/RES A/IHZ zone, PID #G09027000.


3. 20 Roseville Road:  ZBA Appl. #7517 by Deborah Vertucci c/o John F. Fallon, Esq, for property owned by Deborah Vertucci for a variance to legalize coverage for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E09182000.


4. 29 Richmondville Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7512 by Frederik Wendelboe for property owned by Frederick Wendelboe for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #C12036000.


5. 35 Old Mill Road:  ZBA Appl. #7511 by Eric Michaels for property owned by Scott and Jennifer Soodek for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04069000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
