2. GRANTED: 37 Burnham Hill Road, ZBA Appl. #6946 by Meredith Cohen for property owned by Meredith & Scott Cohen to modify condition of ZBA Case #2246 to permit a 14’ wide driveway instead of 10’permitted in a Res AA zone, PID# D05028000.
3. GRANTED IN PART/DENIED IN PART: 15 Owenoke Park, ZBA Appl. #6961 by Barr Associates LLC, for property owned by Deepdale Holdings LLC, for a variance to Sec 6-2-1 (non-conforming buildings & structures), Sec 6-2.2 (coverage), Sec 6-3.1 (non-conforming setbacks), Sec 6-3.3 (non-conforming height), Sec 13-4 (setbacks), Sec 13-5 (height) and Sec 13-6 (coverage) for legalization of existing house and garage in setbacks and over coverage with additions and modifications with new pool and mechanical equipment is GRANTED and deck in setbacks is DENIED, in a Res A zone, PID# D03169000.
