The Public Hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the items below will be further continued on October 20, 2016, at 7:00 P.M.


1. Amendment #719:  Appl. #16-028 by Summit Saugatuck LLC for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to add a new section, 20A, Combined Multi-Family Housing Zone, (CMHZ), REVISED to Combined Multi-Family Housing Overlay Zone (CMHOZ)
2. 188 Cross Highway:  Appl. #16-024 by Wendy Van Wie for property owned by Wendy Van Wie for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval pursuant to §32-18, Historic Residential Structures, for lot area and shape and setbacks to create one new lot, for property located in a Residential AAA zone, PID #G14010000.  
3. 188 Cross Highway:  Appl. #16-025 by Wendy Van Wie for property owned by Wendy Van Wie for a Re-Subdivision approval to create one new lot, for property located in a Residential AAA zone, PID #G14010000.   
4. Amendment #721:  Appl. #16-040 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission to add a new section to the zoning regulations §32-15B, Age Restricted Housing (ARH) to address the housing and other needs of Westport’s aging population by allowing for a diversity of housing types and §5, Definitions, to add Continuing Care Retirement Community, (CCRC).
