The Public Hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the items below will be further continued on October 6, 2016, at 7:00 P.M.

1. Amendment #721: Appl. #16-040 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission to add a new section to the zoning regulations §32-15B, Age Restricted Housing (ARH) to address the housing and other needs of Westport’s aging population by allowing for a diversity of housing types and §5, Definitions, to add Continuing Care Retirement Community, (CCRC).
