LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA

 

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westport Municipal Pension Board will hold a meeting on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 11:45am in Town Hall - Room 309 for the following purposes:

 

1.  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the August 1st , Municipal Pension Board.

 

2.  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Donna Galante, Health Assistant at Greens Farms Elementary School, retroactive to 07/01/2016 with a Modified Cash Refund & Life Annuity Benefit.

 

3  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request for Christina Garrity, Library Paraprofessional at Staples High School, for 11/01/2016 with a 50% Joint Life & Survivor Annuity.

 

4  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request for Concetta Tina Granata, Secretary Westport Continuing Education, retroactive to 07/01/2016 with a Modified Cash Refund & Life Annuity.

 

5.  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request for Melissa Ketley, Secretary at Staples High School, on 09/01/2016 with a 100% Joint Life & Survivor Annuity.

 

6.  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request for Susan Madeo, Westport Library, on 08/01/2016 with a Modified Cash Refund & Life Annuity.

 

7.  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request for Shelley Ross, Library Aid at Saugatuck Elementary School, on 09/01/2016 with a Modified Cash Refund & Life Annuity.

 

8.  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request for Joanne Rupar, Secretary at Facilities, on 09/01/2016 with a Modified Cash Refund & Life Annuity.

 

9.  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request for Joanne Stefkovich, Paraprofessional at Long Lots Elementary School, retro-active to 07/01/2016 with a 100% Joint Life & Survivor Annuity.
