Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 9, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 48 Roseville Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8827-11 by Russell Kaplan for fencing bordering the pond.
2. 1 Crooked Mile Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8830-11 by Barr Associates, LLC on behalf of Scott Breig for repair/renovations to garage and removal of garbage bin.
3. 11 Crawford Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8831-11 by Steele Bray on behalf of John Boehmer to enclose the second floor decks with no change to the existing footprint.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
