LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 21, 2016, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1.GRANTED: 33 Green Acre Lane, Appl. #16-019 by Bryan Nesteriak, B&B Engineering for property owned by Mark and Kimberly Shapiro for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #D07113000.
2.APPROVED: 7 Brookside Park, Appl. #16-023 by Gerry and Teresa Panico, GP Design Consulting, LLC for property owned by Robert and Andrea Arnold for a CAM Site Plan approval for an addition, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #C11117000.
3.ADOPTED: Amendment #718, Appl. #16-022 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §31-14 (Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Producers) to extend the existing Moratorium for a period of six (6) months until January 25, 2017. Effective date: July 25, 2016
