LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.49 Beachside Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7501 by Mike E. Donnelly for property owned by 49 Beachside Acquisition LLC, for a variance for setbacks and height for modification and alteration to non conforming building, for property located in a AAA zone, PID #H05003000.
2.35 Island Way: ZBA Appl. #7502 by William Shaffer for property owned by Kurt Von Holzhausen for a variance for setbacks and coverage for deck and steps for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01062000.
3.57 Wilton Road: ZBA Appl. #7503 by Frederick W. Hoag, FWH Architect for property owned by Good Deal Group LLC, c/o Eric Baron for a variance for setbacks and coverage for addition for property located in a GBD zone, PID #C10059000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
