NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) passed the following resolution* by a vote of 2-1 on July 27, 2016:

RESOLVED, that the Application dated April 11, 2016 from Summit Saugatuck LLC (Applicant) requesting an Extension of Sewer from Davenport Lane to Hiawatha Lane, Allocation of Sewer Capacity, and Conditional Approval to Connect Residential Development (Second Application) is hereby DENIED for the reasons set forth in the attached resolution.
