Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 25, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 16 Crooked Mile Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8821-11 by Hector Comacho on behalf of Warren Raum to construct a 3-car garage with connecting structure to the main house.
2. 6 Bonnie Brook Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8822-11 by Paul Celotto on behalf of Pat & Kerry Foley for a two story addition for storage, entry & kitchen expansion and a patio.
3. 8 Pond Edge Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8823-11 by Wagner Pools on behalf of Brendan & Jeanne Lesch to construct a 15’ X 30’ inground swimming pool, fence and mechanicals.
4. 38 Maple Avenue North: Application #AA,WPL/E-8824-11 by Joe Stewart on behalf of D. Nicolas & Emily L. Blaikie to construct an inground swimming pool, patio/terrace, fence and mechanicals.
5. 6 Barn Swallow Drive: Application #AA,WPL/E-8825-11 by Merrill Spector for a 2-story addition to residence within the deck footprint.
