LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 
the following action was taken:


1. GRANTED:  9 Canal Street, ZBA Appl. #7495 by Rosamond Koether, Esq. for property owned by Steven and Kathryn Knapp for legalization of pool in setbacks and building coverage, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C11053000.
