Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a special public hearing on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at 4 p.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the revised Mailing Services Agreement between the Town of Westport and Corporate Mailing Services, LLC of Shelton, CT.
8. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement for delivery of gasoline to the Town’s marinas between the Town of Westport and East River Energy of Guilford, CT.
9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to set a date for a public hearing to consider proposed assessments for a water main extension at properties located in all, or part of, Pilgrim Trail in accordance with the Water Main Extension Policy.
10. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and John Cooper, d/b/a Longshore Golf, Inc. for supervisory and golf professional services at the Longshore Golf Course.
