LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 7, 2016, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:


1. POSITIVE REPORT:  20 Jesup Road, §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the renovation of the Westport Library and expanded patio and sidewalks, on Town owned property located at 20 Jesup Road in a Residence AA zone, PID #C09130000.


2. GRANTED:  15 Partrick Lane, Appl. #16-017 by Andy Soumelidis/LANDTECH, for property owned by Gerard Gaspel and Marina Shimshi for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B11038000.


3. NEGATIVE REPORT:  Davenport Avenue  to Hiawatha Lane Extension, §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the application of Summit Saugatuck, LLC for a sanitary sewer main line extension from Davenport Avenue to Hiawatha Lane, Assessor’s Map B05, Residence B zone.


The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
