LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
  
1. 62 Compo Mill Cove:  ZBA Appl. #7498 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC and Austin Patterson Disston Architects, LLC for property owned by Cove Dog, LLC for a variance for Building Height, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E04085000.


2. 4 Hunting Lane:  ZBA Appl. #7499 by Gary and Lisa Givens for property owned by Gary and Lisa Givens for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #I09059000.


3. 14 Surf Road:  ZBA Appl. #7500 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Harold Paz and Sharon Press for a variance for coverage for a swimming pool for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01024000.


4. 38 Main Street:  ZBA Appl. #7493 by 38 Main LP, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by 38 Main LP for a variance for setbacks, for coverage, for height (number of stories), for parking and loading in a BCD, including minimum required parking, for concealed parking, for FAR, (Floor Area Ratio), for removal of apartments and for new construction of a three story FEMA compliant building, to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a BCD zone, PID #C10154000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
