LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
- 9 Canal Street: ZBA Appl. #7495 by Rosamond Koether, Esq. for property owned by Steven and Kathryn Knapp for legalization of pool in setbacks and building coverage, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C11053000.
- 292 Compo Road South: ZBA Appl. #7496 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Mary Ciara Webster for legalization of existing driveway over total coverage for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D04110000.
- 17 Soundview Drive: ZBA Appl. #7497 by Peter Cadoux Architects for property owned by Dan and Maureen Aron for a variance for coverage and setbacks for a new single family dwelling to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03142000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
