Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 7, 2016, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.
1.20 Jesup Road: §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the renovation of the Westport Library and expanded patio and sidewalks, on Town owned property located at 20 Jesup Road in a Residence AA zone, PID #C09130000.
2.Davenport Avenue to Hiawatha Lane Extension: §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the application of Summit Saugatuck, LLC for a sanitary sewer main line extension from Davenport Avenue to Hiawatha Lane, Assessor’s Map B05, Residence B zone.
3.15 Partrick Lane: Appl. #16-017 by Andy Soumelidis/LANDTECH, for property owned by Gerard Gaspel and Marina Shimshi for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B11038000.
