LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 
the following action was taken:


1. GRANTED:  1000 Post Road East, ZBA Appl. #7477 by Daniel Brennan, Starbucks Agent, for property owned by Compass Rose Property Co. Inc., for a variance for signage for Starbucks, for more than one free standing sign, for signage more than thirty two (32) square feet, for signs in the Highway Service District (HSD) and for awnings less than 7.6 in height, for property located in the HSD zone, PID #F09057000.


2. GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS:  24 Fairfield Avenue, ZBA Appl. #7483 by Christopher Pagliaro, Architect, for property owned by Westport Realty & Development for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03084000.  


3. GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS:  2 Conte Place, ZBA Appl. #7485 by Opala Avdiu for property owned by Opala Avdiu for a variance for setbacks, for building height and for parking, to raise existing dwelling above flood level and for a second floor addition and attic, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02085000.


4.
