LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.25 Gorham Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7487 by Jeff Kaufman for property owned by Philip and Alexis Bancroft for a variance for setbacks for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D11072000.
2.7 Owenoke Park: ZBA Appl. #7489 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Robert and Bonnie Adler Trustees, for a variance for coverage and setbacks from tidal wetlands to raise existing house with an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03166000.
3.70 Harbor Road: ZBA Appl. #7490 by Joseph R. Carter for property owned by Mark and Angie Lieberman for a variance for setbacks, coverage, height and building height definition for a rooftop deck and solar panels in setbacks, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02086000.
4.62 Morningside Drive: Appl. #7491 by Jamie Herrick, Juliano’s Pools for property owned by Carol Alexander for a variance for a pool and patio in setbacks, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #G08005000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
