LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS
At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 the following action was taken:
1.GRANTED: 22 Owenoke Park, ZBA Appl. #7482 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by 22 Owenoke Park LLC, for a coverage variance for a boat dock, ramp and pier located on a property in a Residence A zone, PID #C03025000.
2.GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS: 1 Conte Place, ZBA Appl. #7484 by Robin B. Coleman for property owned by Graham J. Bond to modify approval granted pursuant to Appl. #7240, and to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, to change the design of a single-family dwelling that will still require setback and coverage variances, but will no longer require building height variances located on a property in a Residence A zone, PID #B02084000.
