LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 2, 2016, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1.APPROVED: 301 Riverside Avenue, Appl. #16-015 by Frederick W. Hoag for property owned by Westport Riverside Real Estate, c/o Paragon Management Group for a CAM Site Plan approval to construct a deck on the rear façade of the existing building for property located in a GBD zone, PID #C07003000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
