The Board of Finance Audit Subcommittee will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at 8:30 a.m. in Town Hall Room 309 for the following purposes:

1. To make recommendations to the Board of Finance regarding appointment of independent auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012.

2. To receive an update regarding the Internal Auditor’s review of the Town Personnel Department.
