Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission/Architectural Review Board Joint Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 in Town Hall, Room 201 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purpose:
1.To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on Historic Residential Structures Special Permit §32-18 for the proposed restoration of the existing historic structure, c. 1893, listed on the Historic Resources Inventory and the proposed new construction of the main house at 70 Turkey Hill Road South.
