LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 19, 2016, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:


1. APPROVED:  14 Sandpiper Road, Appl. #16-007 by Don Fairbanks for property owned by Michael and Roberta Ashton for a CAM Site Plan approval to raise existing dwelling to meet FEMA requirements and for second floor and attic level additions, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C01016000.   
2. APPROVED:  9 Owenoke Park, Appl. #16-013 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by 9 Owenoke Park LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval, for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID # D03167000.   
3. APPROVED:  420 Post Road West, Appl. #16-014 by Mike Greenberg for property owned by Birchwood Corners, LLC c/o Marc Nevas Real Estate for a Site Plan approval to increase parking for a change of use from bank to retail, for property located in a GBD/Residence AA zone, PID #B07040000.


4. GRANTED:  35 Beachside Avenue, Appl. #16-012 by Greens Farms Academy, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by Greens Farms Academy for a CAM Site Plan and Special Permit approval for the construction of a new field house and excavation and fill activity and associated site improvements, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #H05001000.


The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
