No testimony will be taken at this hearing) ZBA Appl. #7477 by Daniel Brennan, Starbucks Agent, for property owned by Compass Rose Property Co. Inc., for a variance for signage for Starbucks, for more than one free standing sign, for signage more than thirty two (32) square feet and for signs in the Highway Service District (HSD), for property located in the HSD zone, PID #F09057000.
