Inc., for a variance for signage for Starbucks, for more than one free standing sign, for signage more than thirty two (32) square feet and for signs in the Highway Service District (HSD), for property located in the HSD zone, PID #F09057000.


2. 7 Brookside Park:   (The following application has been withdrawn by the applicant)  ZBA Appl. #7467 by Robert and Andrea Arnold for property owned by Robert and Andrea Arnold for a variance for setbacks and coverage and to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for an addition to an existing single family dwelling, on property located in Residence B zone, PID C11117000.
