LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.118 Myrtle Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7481 by Douglas and Kristen Tirola for property owned by Douglas and Kristen Tirola for coverage variances for additions located on a property in a Residence A zone, PID #C10131000.
2.22 Owenoke Park: ZBA Appl. #7482 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by 22 Owenoke Park LLC, for a coverage variance for a boat dock, ramp and pier located on a property in a Residence A zone, PID #C03025000.
3.1 Conte Place: ZBA Appl. #7484 by Robin B. Coleman for property owned by Graham J. Bond to modify approval granted pursuant to Appl. #7240, and to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, to change the design of a single-family dwelling that will still require setback and coverage variances, but will no longer require building height variances located on a property in a Residence A zone, PID #B02084000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
