Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose:
4.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Human Services, to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Westport Department of Human Services and Danbury Hospital of Western Connecticut Health Network, regarding institutional collaboration related to the implementation of the CT Coalition to Align Systems and Connect People with Services (the “CT CAPS Program”).
